I am horrible with PSP, so give me a break! I wanted to add a slight sepia tone to the picture, and I am surprisingly surprised with the effect. And yes, that is my scrawl of a signature. I bet there will be mountains of merchandise with that on it one day. Hahaha. Yes, that was funny!
The pinkish sepia tone of the photo goes well with the pale blue border. I love that the colors aren't bright, though. I think really vivid tones would have taken away from the photograph.
I loooooove your signature. The white outlining goes well with both the colors of the image and the fact that you're wearing a tux. The entire image is very professional looking. (and boy, are you cute! XD)

Either way, Nice CG work the layout and color contrasting works well... As well as the slight texture on the border is nice!
